Terms & Conditions


1. DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions:

  • “Foundation”, “Organization”, “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Dream Future Foundation.
  • “Project” refers to all educational, training, social, skill-development, and welfare programs conducted by the Foundation.
  • “Representative” refers to any person appointed as a Department Representative, District Representative, or Taluka Representative.
  • “Center Operator / Center Owner” refers to any individual authorized to run an approved center under the Foundation.
  • “Student” refers to any individual enrolled in Foundation programs.
  • “Parent/Guardian” refers to the lawful guardian of the student.
  • “User/Member” collectively includes all categories mentioned above.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

  • By participating in any Foundation project or using its services, users agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
  • The Foundation reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these terms at any time. Updates take immediate effect once posted on the website.
  • Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

3. LEGAL STATUS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • All services are offered “as is” without guarantee of academic results, employment, or financial gain.
  • The Foundation is not liable for:
    • Personal injury, accidents, loss, or property damage
    • Fraud, misconduct, or illegal actions by Representatives, Centers, Students, or Parents
    • Unauthorized financial transactions
  • Users are solely responsible for their own behaviour and legal compliance.
  • The Foundation is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

4. APPOINTMENT & TERMINATION POLICY

For Representatives & Center Operators

  • Appointments are voluntary, conditional, and may be revoked without notice.
  • Termination may occur for:
    • Misconduct
    • Financial irregularities
    • Fraud or misrepresentation
    • Bringing disrepute to the Foundation
  • No employment relationship is created; no salary or benefits are promised.
  • All Foundation property must be returned upon termination.

5. CODE OF CONDUCT

  • Members must behave respectfully, responsibly, and lawfully.
  • Strictly prohibited:
    • Harassment, abuse, discrimination
    • Threats or violence
    • Sexual misconduct
  • Unauthorized use of Foundation name, logo, or materials is forbidden.
  • Posting defamatory or misleading content on social media may lead to legal action.

6. FINANCIAL TERMS

  • All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE unless approved in writing.
  • Only payments made to authorized bank accounts, UPI, QR codes, or payment gateways are valid.
  • The Foundation is not responsible for payments made through unauthorized persons.
  • Financial fraud or unauthorized fee collection will result in legal action.

7. RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Representatives

  • Promote activities ethically and transparently.
  • Submit accurate reports.
  • No unauthorized fee collection or false promises.

B. Center Operators

  • Maintain safe, disciplined learning environments.
  • Ensure accurate records and training quality.
  • Unauthorized fee collection is prohibited.

C. Students

  • Follow all rules and maintain discipline.
  • Respect staff and other students.
  • Compensate for any damages caused.

D. Parents/Guardians

  • Ensure student attendance and behaviour.
  • Pay fees on time.

8. DATA PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY

  • Personal data is collected for educational and administrative purposes.
  • Data is confidential unless disclosure is legally required or necessary for program operations.
  • Unauthorized use or sale of data by Representatives or Centers is illegal.
  • Photos/videos may be used for promotion with consent.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

  • All materials are property of the Foundation.
  • Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.
  • No person may claim franchise or licensing rights without written approval.

10. TERMINATION FOR MISCONDUCT

The Foundation may terminate membership or take legal action for:

  • Financial fraud
  • Harassment or abuse
  • Misuse of Foundation brand or data
  • Defamation
  • Illegal activities
  • Safety violations

11. LEGAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • Disputes must first be addressed through internal mediation.
  • Jurisdiction: District Court of Beed, Maharashtra.
  • The Foundation's decisions are final and binding.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

  • Users must indemnify the Foundation against losses or legal claims arising from their actions.
  • Users bear responsibility for misconduct, damage, or data misuse.

13. FINAL DECLARATION

By participating in any Foundation activity, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
  • You agree to comply with all rules and decisions.
  • Violations may lead to disciplinary and legal action.
✔ These Terms & Conditions apply to all Representatives, Center Operators, Students, Parents & Visitors.
